Proposal Advertisement Request for Proposals Comprehensive Salary Study

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Madras (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals The City of Madras is requesting Proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as the “Salary Consultant”) qualified and interested in developing a new pay scale for the City of Madras.

Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) (and related documents) at the City’s website at https://www.ci.madras.or.us/. Interested parties may receive a hardcopy of the RFP (and related documents) at Madras City Hall, 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741.

All proposals must be sealed in an opaque envelope or package and must be submitted to HR Director, Rebecca J. Mock, Ph.D. by electronic and mail or hand delivery at 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741 by 4:00 p.m., Friday, July 26, 2024. City will not consider any proposal received after the stated date and time, that is incomplete, and/or that is not submitted in the proper manner and format. Proposals must be clearly marked “Comprehensive Salary Study.”
